Owner and master carpenter Monte Viker brings passion, sophistication and proven expertise to each Summit project. He works directly with every client to ensure that only the highest design and construction standards are met.

Monte is well-known for his ability to find unique solutions for Summit clients. He and his wife grew up in Rochester, and their family lives here. Outside of work, he’s an avid automobile racer, golfer and hunter.

From Summit’s Rochester office, project director Janet Wagner uses her financial, project management and customer relations expertise to meet budgets and deadlines. She and her husband reside on a local farm that has been family-run for over 100 years.
