Partners and master carpenters Jack Gabor and Monte Viker bring passion, sophistication and proven expertise to each Summit project. Together, they work directly with every client to ensure that only the highest design and construction standards are met.

Over the past 30 years, Jack has taught the tools of the trade to most of Rochester's builders, and both he and Monte are well-known for their ability to find unique solutions for Summit clients.

Jack and his family live on a farm north of Rochester, and you’ll often see him cruising our lovely back roads on his Harley. Monte’s family lives in Rochester, where he’s an avid automobile racer, golfer and hunter.

From Summit’s Rochester office, project director Janet Wagner uses her financial, project management and customer relations expertise to meet budgets and deadlines. She and her husband reside on a local farm that has been family-run for over 100 years. Look close when you see Jack on his Harley -- the next one by may have Janet and her husband aboard.

We are proud of, and thankful for, our full-time staff, who deliver the efficiency and consistency that is the foundation of Summit’s success. Jack and Monte’s way of saying thanks is with an annual crew fishing trip to Alaska. It’s funny how the stories (and size of the fish) grow as the year goes on…
