Summit partners and master carpenters Jack Gabor and Monte Viker work directly with you and on each job site to ensure creativity and accountability. We use our own full-time employees for increased efficiency, and project director Janet Wagner manages all budget and project management details. Our commitment to craftsmanship means we build to our own standards and therefore often exceed codes and other construction requirements.
Summit’s superb team also includes Kenna Sandborn, owner of Design Forte LLC, an interior architectural design and project management firm that helps clients thoughtfully define their style. She leads clients through all phases of the design and construction process to help them create unique and distinctive custom homes that reflect unsurpassed luxury and timeless beauty. |
